Section 167 in The General Rules (Criminal), 1977

167. Register of revisions.

- A register of revision cases in Form No. 14 shall be maintained in the Court of every District Magistrate and in every Court of Session by such clerk as the Presiding Officer shall by written order direct.[The aforesaid forms are specified in Appendix C.] [Added by Notification No. 1255/VII-Nyaya-2-2018-91G-2018, dated 14.8.2018 (w.e.f. 3.11.1956).]
