Section 31G in The Gujarat Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1963
31G. Grant of common licence.
(1)Any person who desires to obtain a common licence for the purpose of purchase of a minimum prescribed quantity of agricultural produce from not less than five markets shall apply to the Director, in such form and in such manner and accompanied by such fee as may be prescribed.(2)On receipt of application under sub-section (1), the Director may, after making such inquiry as he may deem fit, grant a common licence subject to such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.
