Section 31G(1) in The Gujarat Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1963
(1)Any person who desires to obtain a common licence for the purpose of purchase of a minimum prescribed quantity of agricultural produce from not less than five markets shall apply to the Director, in such form and in such manner and accompanied by such fee as may be prescribed.
