26. Head of Department of academic administration.
(1)There shall be a Head for each department of academic administration of the Institute, who shall be selected from amongst the Professors and Associate Professors by the Director General in consultation with the Dean (Academics).(2)The Head of the concerned department of academic administration shall be responsible for the overall functioning of the concerned department.(3)The Head of the department of academic administration shall perform such other duties as may be assigned to him by the Director General.
