(1)This Act may he called the Rajasthan Mica Act. 1958.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan.(3)It shall come into force-on such [date] [Came into force w.e.f. 1-10-65 vide Notification No. F. 3(1) (65) Ind./B/65/5311. dated 11-8-65.] as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint in this behalf.
