Section 27(4) in The Chhattisgarh Motor Vehicles Rules, 1994
(4)The Licensing Authority on being satisfied that the applicant is fit for holding or obtaining a conductor's licence, may issue conductor's licence in Form C.G.M.V.R. 14 (L. Con.) for a period of three years.
