Section 24 in The Punjab State Warehousing Corporation Staff (Conditions of Service) Group A and Group B Service Regulations, 2002

24. Repeal and savings.

(1)The Punjab State Warehousing Corporation Staff Regulations, 1960 framed with Cooperation Notification No. 13161-Co-op-VI- 60/7007, dated 29th November, 1960 are hereby repealed.
(2)Notwithstanding the repeal of the regulations referred to in sub- regulation (1) anything done or any action taken (including any appointment) under the repealed regulations shall be deemed to have been done or taken under these regulations.Appendix 'A'[See regulation 1(3), 3 and 7]

25. Section Officer (Accounts) Managing Director 100% - (i) 50% from amongst the employees of the Punjab StateWarehousing Corporation who are S.A.S. qualified : - -
          Provided that if no suitable official is available then ondeputation from amongst the S.A.S. qualified officials who areon the cadre of the Finance Department of the State Government;and    
          (ii) 50% from amongst the Accountants who have an experienceof working as such for a minimum period of five years :    
          Provided such officials shall have to qualify S.A.S.examination within period of three years from the date ofpromotion,    
26. Claims Officer Managing Director - 100% - From amongst the Sr. Asstt. who have an experience of workingas such for a minimum period of five years -
27. Warehouse Manager Managing Director 33% 67% Should be M.Sc. in Agriculture with 1st Division from arecognized University or Institution (i) 60% from amongst joint seniority list of SeniorAssistants/Senior Assistant (Accounts) and Godown Assistants whohave an experience of working as such for a minimum period offive years with P.S.W.C. on seniority-cum-merit basis. -
            (ii) 40% from amongst the Technical Assistants who have anexperience of working as such for a minimum period of five yearsexperience in P.S.W.C. on seniority-cum-merit basis.  
            Joint inter se seniority list of persons holding the abovecategories of posts shall be prepared taking into date ofcontinuous appointments on the aforesaid posts -
