Section 13(VII) in The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examination (BOPEE) Regulations, 2016
(VII)Candidates shall maintain silence in the examination hall and attend to their papers only and any disturbance in the examination hall shall be deemed as misbehavior and the candidate(s) shall forfeit the right to continue to write the examination which shall be decided in the manner as prescribed in the foregoing clause.
