Section 129(1) in Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development Act, 1995
(1)No compensation shall be payable in respect of any property or private right of any sort which is alleged to be injuriously affected by reason of any provisions contained in the scheme, if under any other law for the time being in force applicable to the area for which such scheme is to be made, no compensation is payable for such injurious affection.
