129. Exclusion or limitation of compensation in certain cases.
(1)No compensation shall be payable in respect of any property or private right of any sort which is alleged to be injuriously affected by reason of any provisions contained in the scheme, if under any other law for the time being in force applicable to the area for which such scheme is to be made, no compensation is payable for such injurious affection.(2)Property or a private right of any sort shall not be deemed to be injuriously affected by reason of any provisions inserted in a scheme which with a view to securing the amenity of the area included in such scheme or any part thereof, imposes any conditions specified in clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 96.
