93. Fresh election.
- If the office of the President or Vice-President is vacated during his tenure on account of no-confidence motion, a fresh election for the remainder of the period shall be held in the manner prescribed in these rules for the election of President or the Vice-President, as the case may be, within a period of one month from the date of vacancy.Chapter - X Election Petitions and Appeals
