Section 208(1) in Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994
(1)Any person remaining in possession of any requisitioned premises in contravention of any order made under Section 205 may summarily be evicted from the premises by an officer empowered by the A.P. Election Commissioner for Local Bodies in this behalf.
