(2)The Faculty Advisory Committee shall consist of outstanding scholars,performers, artists and writers of undisputed authority and eminence. The members of theCommittee with its Chairman shall be constituted by the chancellor based on therecommendation of the Vice –Chancellor. In making these recommendations the Vice –Chancellor shall be guided more by the eminence and authority of the persons than theiracademic qualifications.
