Section 276(1) in Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008
(1)As from the commencement of these Rules, every employer shall maintain:(i)information regarding beneficiaries in the Register kept in Form XV, and(ii)A Register of Contribution in respect of such beneficiaries as authorise the employer in terms of sub-section (2) of Section 16 of the Act, in Form XXXVII.
