76. Register to be maintained by the Competent Authority under section 144(4).
(1)The Competent Authority shall maintain a register in Form XXVI containing particulars of all such cases in which the permission is given or deemed to have been given or refused by it under section 144.(2)The register specified under sub-rule (1) shall be available for inspection without charge by all persons interested and such persons shall be entitled to obtain copies of the extracts of the register relevant to such persons on payment of fee at the rate of rupees five per page.
