42. Post-graduate teaching.
(1)Within the University Area all post-graduate instruction, teaching and training shall be conducted by the University or by such affiliated colleges or institutions and in such subjects as may be prescribed by the Statutes.(2)For the purposes of organising and co-ordinating the post-graduate instruction, teaching and training in the University Area, there shall be constituted a Board to be known as the Board of University Teaching. The constitution, powers and duties of the Board shall be as prescribed by the Statutes.(3)All post-graduate departments shall ordinarily be located at the headquarters of the University. However, the University may locate any of such departments at a place or places outside its headquarters.(4)The University may maintain University centres at places other than the headquarters of the University on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the Statutes and Ordinances.
