Section 42(2) in Veer Narmad South Gujarat University Act, 1965
(2)For the purposes of organising and co-ordinating the post-graduate instruction, teaching and training in the University Area, there shall be constituted a Board to be known as the Board of University Teaching. The constitution, powers and duties of the Board shall be as prescribed by the Statutes.
