Section 34(2) in Rajasthan Public Libraries Rules, 2012
(2)The additional grants admissible under Rule 33 may be paid in lump sum on condition that the management-(a)agrees to utilize the grant for the purposes for which it is sanctioned;(b)is able and prepared to provide funds for the project from its own resources in addition to the grant sanctioned; and(c)agrees to maintain a separate account of grant and submit the same for inspection to the Director or of an officer authorized by him in this behalf.
