34. Mode of payment of grant.
(1)The amount of grant admissible of a recognized association under Rule 33 may generally be paid in two installments, the first installment in the month of August, and the final in the month of February/March.(2)The additional grants admissible under Rule 33 may be paid in lump sum on condition that the management-(a)agrees to utilize the grant for the purposes for which it is sanctioned;(b)is able and prepared to provide funds for the project from its own resources in addition to the grant sanctioned; and(c)agrees to maintain a separate account of grant and submit the same for inspection to the Director or of an officer authorized by him in this behalf.
