Section 16(1) in The Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya Act, 2007
(1)The Academic Council of the University shall consist of the following members, namely:-(i)the Director of the University, who shall be the Chairman of the Academic Council;(ii)two academicians or professionals, to be nominated by the Board;(iii)two external academicians or professionals in the fields of education imparting by the University, to be nominated by the Director;(iv)two deans, by rotation to be nominated by the Director, and(v)one Professor from each discipline of the University, by rotation to be nominated by the Director.
