5. Proceedings of meeting.
(1)The Secretary shall maintain a record of names and addresses of members of the Committee.(2)The Secretary shall maintain the minutes of the meetings of the Committee in a Minutes Book which shall be signed by the person who presided the meeting and a copy of minutes showing, inter-alia, the names of members present at the meeting and the proceedings of the meeting shall be forwarded to the Board.(3)The Minutes Book shall be open to inspection by any member at the office of the Secretary during office hours.
