Section 7(1) in Manipur International University Act, 2018
(1)The University shall be non-profit, for charity, and self-financing University with autonomous administration/ management with full powers, which shall seek support from its donors, volunteers, scholars, philanthropists and from other sources including but not limited to consultancy and research.
