Section 31 in The Bureau of Indian Standards Rules, 2018
31. Standard Mark.
(1)The Standard Mark shall be published by the Bureau in the Official Gazette.(2)The Standard Mark established and notified by the Indian Standards Institution and the Bureau of Indian Standards established under the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 1986 (63 of 1986) shall be deemed to be valid unless amended or rescinded by the Bureau.
