Section 54(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Water Resources (Regulation And Management) Rules, 2011
(1)After suspension of licence under rule 53, the licensing authority shall issue a notice to the licensee informing him about the suspension of his licence and asking him to make good the deficiency or remove the cause of suspension within a period of 60 days of such notice.
