3. Fund.
(1)The State Government shall constitute a fund which shall be called the Madhya Pradesh Slate Pencil Workers Welfare Fund.(2)The Fund shall consist of,-(a)contributions paid under Section 7;(b)any voluntary donations;(c)any sum paid to the Fund as grant-in-aid or subsidy by the State Government;(d)any loan advanced by the State Government.(3)The sum specified in sub-section (2) shall be paid to or collected by, such persons, at such intervals and in such manner as may be prescribed.
