94. Levy of fee on applications for copies of orders, documents and of fees for making copies.
(1)On every application -(a)for a certified or duplicate copy of a certificate of registration;(b)for a certified copy of an order of assessment or any order passed or any document produced or filed in any proceeding under the Act; or(c)for the determination of any question under section 87 or a copy of order or document under the Act. - there shall be paid such fee in court fee stamps as may be prescribed.
