31. Overriding effect of this Act.
(1)The provisions of this Act shall have effect, notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other law for the time being in force;(2)Save as otherwise expressly provided in sub-section (1) the provisions of this Act, shall be in addition to, and not in derogation of any other law for the time being in force.
