(h)Award of arbitrators or petition of compromise if given effect to in the decree or order, commissioner's return or report together with the map and the field-book, if any, but not the evidence taken by him and in the case of minor or lunatics, order of the Court sanctioning a compromise as beneficial to the minor or lunatic.
