Section 12(1) in Tamil Nadu Patta Pass Book Rules, 1987
(1)Applications for modifications of entries in the Patta Pass Book under section 10 of the Act shall be in Form VI and shall be made within ninety days from the date of acquisition of right:Provided that the Tahsildar may, for just and sufficient reasons, allow a further period of exceeding ninety days for making an application for this purpose.
