Section 27(2) in The U.P. Pravidhik Shiksha (Admission Conduct of Examinations and Conferment of Certificates and Diplomas) Regulations, 1992
(2)The diploma or certificate shall be sent to the principal of the respective institutions as far as possible by 31st March next following for being issued to the candidate concerned.
