Section 394(1) in The Naval Ceremonial, Conditions Of Service And Miscellaneous Regulations, 1964
(1)When called up for service, including temporary service, officers will be entitled to medical (in-door and out-door) attendance for themselves and their families to the extent admissible to regular officers of the Indian Navy.
