Section 36(1) in Himachal Pradesh Universities of Agriculture, Horticulture and Forestry Act, 1986
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act and the Statutes, the existing experimental stations/ sub-stations and institutions of the University, mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule to the Act, shall form part of the corresponding University incorporated under this Act and the University incorporated under this Act may institute/ start new experimental stations, sub-stations or expand or give up the existing ones.
