(3)An Inspector shall for the purpose of giving effect to the provisions of this Act, have the power to-(a)prosecute, conduct or defend before a Court any complaint or other proceeding arising under this Act; and(b)require any employer to supply or send any true copy of any document or information relating to the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder.
