Section 31(1)(c) in Regulations of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University

(c)The employee selected for the deputation shall execute a bond with the University ensuring successful completion of the course of study and, or the degree programme for which he is to be deputed, failing which he should pay to the University a stipulated sum of money. He should also execute in the same bond an undertaking to serve the University for stipulated period, on a post assigned to him, on return from deputation.
