Section 4(5) in Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Members (Travelling & Daily Allowances) Rules, 1964
(5)Notwithstanding anything contained in the foregoing sub-rules a member shall not be entitled to travelling allowance for a journey undertaken to attend the meeting. -(a)if his usual place of residence is within a radius of five miles of Jaipur or other place fixed by Government for such meeting, or(b)unless, in the case of meeting of the Committee, he attends such meeting for at least half the period of its duration on one day.
