17. Power of State Government to prohibit import, export and transport of intoxicants.
- The State Government may by notification -(a)prohibit the import or export of any intoxicant into or from Punjab [Haryana] [See Haryana Adaptation of Laws Order 1968.] , or any part thereof ; or(b)prohibit the transport of any intoxicant.
