Section 18(iii) in Damodar Valley Corporation Act, 1948
(iii)The Corporation may, with the permission of the [State] [Substituted for the word "Provincial" by A.L.O., 1950] Government concerned, extend its transmission system to any area beyond the Damodar Valley and sell electrical energy in such area.
