Section 37(1) in The U.P. Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1983
(1)The budget in respect of the year next ensuing, showing the estimated receipts and expenditure of the Board, shall be prepared in the Forms prescribed by the Board from time to time and submitted to the State Government.
