Section 16 in The Orissa Forest Rest House Occupation Rules, 1983
16. Visitor's book.
- A Visitor's Book shall be kept in each Rest House in which every person occupying the Rest House shall immediately an arrival enter his name and designation, full address together with the date and time of arrival. The date and time of departure should be written at the time of departure and the amount paid, under his signature.
