Section 20A(1) in The Gujarat Ayurved University Act, 1965
(1)The Board of Post-Graduate Teaching and Research shall consist of the following members, namely:-(i)the Vice-Chancellor,(ii)three members to be nominated by the Department of Indian System of Medicine and Homoeopathy, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India,(iii)four members to be nominated by the State Government,(iv)one member to be nominated by the Syndicate from amongst its members who are the teachers of the Board of Post-Graduate Teaching and Research,(v)one member to be nominated by the Syndicate from amongst its members who are the teachers possessing post-graduate qualifications,(vi)the Director of the Board of Post-Graduate Teaching and Research,(vii)the Dean of Post-Graduate Teaching and Research,(viii)the Registrar.
