Section 4(2) in The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) General Rules, 2000
(2)The serving officer when appointed as Chairman in addition to his own duties he shall also be paid by the Board three thousand rupees as charge allowances staff car and telephone at office and residence and other facilities as may be approved by the Board necessary and befitting for discharging official duty.
