Section 12 in Delhi Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Rules, 2009
12. Conditions for renewal of license.
(1)The renewal of the license shall be granted subject to the following conditions:-(a)The applicant continues to maintain his principal place of business in the jurisdiction of the Controlling Authority.(b)The applicant continues to ensure the availability of the training for its guards and supervisors required under sub section (2) of section 9 of the Act and Rule 6 of these rules;(c)The applicant continues to adhere to the license conditions;(d)The police have no objection to the renewal of the license to the applicant;(2)The form for application of renewal of license will be same as the form for the application for original license.
