Section 21(1) in The M.P. Niji Vishwavidyalaya (Sthapana Avam Sanchalan) Adhiniyam, 2007
(1)The following shall be authorities of the private university, namely :-(a)the governing body;(b)the Board of Management;(c)the Academic Council; and(d)such other authorities as may be created by the Statutes.
