10. Meeting of the Council.
- (i) Ordinary meetings. - The Council shall meet not less than thrice a year, but four months shall not intervene between two successive meetings.(ii)Special Meetings. - the Chairman may, at any time, and shall upon requisition made by not less than one-third of the members of the Council other than the ex-officio members and on a date not more than twenty-one days of the receipt of such requisition, call a special meeting of the Council.(iii)Twenty-one days' notice shall be given for ordinary meetings and ten day's notice for special meetings of the Council.
