Section 10(ii) in The Assam Higher Secondary Education Act, 1984
(ii)Special Meetings. - the Chairman may, at any time, and shall upon requisition made by not less than one-third of the members of the Council other than the ex-officio members and on a date not more than twenty-one days of the receipt of such requisition, call a special meeting of the Council.
