Section 54(1) in The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Election) Rules, 2000
(1)The presiding officer shall then deliver or cause to be delivered to the retuning officer at such place as the returning officer may direct :-(a)the ballot paper account;(b)the sealed packets referred to in rule 53; and(c)all other papers used at the poll.
