Section 7(1)(i) in Tamil Nadu Flood Affected Areas Cultivating Tenants (Temporary Relief) Act, 1986

(i)before the date of the publication of this Act in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, in the case of such cultivating tenant in any flood affected area specified in the Schedule to this Act on the date of such publication; and
