Section 8(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir State Forest Corporation Act, 1978
(1)The Corporation shall have the following officers who shall be appointed by it in consultation with the Government :-(a)Financial Adviser-cum-Chief Accounts Officer,(b)General Manager, and(c)Secretary.
