Section 8 in The Jammu and Kashmir State Forest Corporation Act, 1978
8. Appointment of employees of the Corporation.
(1)The Corporation shall have the following officers who shall be appointed by it in consultation with the Government :-(a)Financial Adviser-cum-Chief Accounts Officer,(b)General Manager, and(c)Secretary.(2)The Corporation may appoint such employees, as it considers necessary for the efficient performance of its functions under this Act.
