Section 28(b) in Punjab Urban Planning and Development Building Rules, 2018
(b)Occupant load in dormitory portions of homes for the aged, orphanages, insane asylums, etc, where sleeping accommodation is provided, shall not be calculated at less than 7.5 m2 gross floor area/ person.
